School Uniform

School uniform at St James is a royal blue jumper or cardigan with a white polo shirt, dark trousers, shorts or a skirt and dark shoes. We would prefer children to wear a school jumper / cardigan with the school logo, however, this is not compulsory.

On PE days, children wear a light blue T-shirt, dark tracksuit bottoms/shorts and trainers (preferably not fluorescent ones!) They should also wear their school jumper. Please, no branded PE kit.

A version of the school jumper, cardigan and PE T-shirt with the school logo can be purchased through Gooddies (see below). Other items can be brought from any retailer. Gooddies also sell branded school bags, PE bags and coats but these items are optional.

Gooddies - School Uniform orders 

Orders placed before midnight on the 15th of each month will be delivered approximately at the end of the month. Orders placed before midnight on the last day of the month will be delivered approximately the middle of the following month. Please allow up to 20 working days from cut-off during the busy months of June – September.

Deliveries into school are free, however you do have the option to pay for home delivery at a cost of £6.50. Please note, home delivery is NOT an express option. Any orders that are due for delivery into school while school is closed will be held in the Gooddies warehouse until school re-opens.

The school office will have a sizing set of all the items available. If you are unsure what size you need to order online, please come to the office to try on a sample.
